Carrot and ginger smoothie

Normally I make smoothies with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and so on. But today I thought I would do something a bit different and it turned out delicious. It takes about 10 min, so no time at all. All you need for this smoothie is: 

- 20g ginger ( if you don´t like your smoothie to be too spicy, just
              use 10g or even less)
- 3 bananas 
- 300ml carrot juice 
- 150g cream yogurt 
- 100g crushed ice 
- 3 table spoons lemon juice 


Mix the ingredients together and enjoy your smoothie.

  1. Mmmm klingt gut. Der Ingwer passt bestimmt ganz toll und gibt dem Ganzen eine super, frische Note. :-)
