Healthy pancakes

Finally holidays. That´s why I can sleep longer and have time to make a lovely breakfast. So I thought I would try to make some healthy, sugar free pancakes. 

For the dough you ´ll need: 

- 80g flour
- 100ml almond milk
- 20ml water
- agave syrup 
- 1 egg


Weight and measure all the ingredients and but them in a bowl. You can mix them either with a eggbeater or with normal mixer. The dough should´t be to solid or to liquid. If it is to liquid, mix some flour into it. And if it´s to solid mix a bit of water into it. 
The dough is enough for 6 medium sized pancakes. 


Now you can enjoy your pancakes. I´ve also used some fruits to make it more delicious and to keep it healthy. The smoothie next to it complets the perfect start in the day. 

I used : 

- one mango
- 2 frozen bananas
- a handful raspberries 
- all blended with almond milk
